2.The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 327 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of I.P.C.

3. The allegation against petitioner is to commit robbery and while committing so looted service laptop of informant along with cash of Rs. 6590/-.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was not named in FIR and his name transpired during the course

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21694 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/3 of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co-accused namely, Pritam Paswan. It is submitted that in furtherance of confessional statement, till now nothing incriminating surfaced against this petitioner as to connect him prima-facie with present occurrence of robbery, however, he fairly conceded that petitioner found involved in two more criminal cases out of which one is of similar nature.

Learned APP while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that the investigation of this case is in very initial stage and therefore, merely on the basis of confessional statement petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. It is also pointed out that the petitioner is a man of criminal antecedents and also previously found indulge in one case of similar nature.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as the investigation of this case is in initial stage, where petitioner appears involved in two more criminal cases out of which one is of similar nature,
