JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 16-04-2019 This miscellaneous application is filed in C.W.J.C.No. 2572 of 2019 disposed of on 15.2.2019 seeking modifications. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out two typographical errors occurring at para-2 of page-1 of the order dated 15.2.2019, namely:
(a) The registration of the vehicle which reads 'BR11H-3937 be modified to read as 'BR-11H-3977' in tune with the registration certificate present at Annexure 2; and (b) the police case which reads as 'Pranpur (Toshna)
Patna High Court MJC No.1144 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 P.S.Case No. 172/2018' be modified to read as 'Pranpur (Roshna) P.S.Case No. 172/2018'.
Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in reference to the registration certificate seeks leave to correct the registration number of the vehicle as occurring at page-1 of the writ petition. He is accordingly permitted to do so. Let our order dated 15.2.2019 at para-2 of page-1 in so far as it refers to the registration number of the vehicle be modified to read as 'BR-11H-3977' in place of 'BR-11H-3937' and similarly let the police case be modified to read as 'Pranpur (Roshna) P.S.Case No. 172/2018' in place of 'Pranpur (Toshna) P.S.Case No. 172/2018' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced accordingly.
This application is allowed.
