It is admitted that the direction of this Court to examine the claim of the petitioner and ensure that the admissible amounts are paid to the petitioner with statutory interest till the date of payment has been complied with to the extent that the order dated 31.10.2014 has been passed and thereafter steps have also been taken to ensure payment of the amount found due but at the rate of interest of 4% only which is not acceptable to the

In the aforesaid circumstances, the order under contempt appears to have been complied with in its terms. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
