Petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.06.2016 in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 for offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal.

On allegation of murder of the son of the informant, the FIR was lodged. The petitioner and others are suspected to have committed the murder.

Submission is that only material against the petitioner is suspicion i.e. due to old enmity with the informant as both belongs to same village.

Since only suspicion is there, let petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53229 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad/Successor Court in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014.
