Petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No.46 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307, 324/34 Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that informant along with his cousin, Shoukin Ahmad were moving in park. The accused persons came and gave dagger blow. During treatment, they learnt that this petitioner and another accused, Deepak Kumar, has caused dagger blow to them.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Chamapran, in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
