Counter affidavit reveals that selection of respondent no.6 has been upheld by order dated 05.12.2015 by the District Programme Officer, Gaya in Case No.67 of 2015. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be assailing the order before the competent authority as per the extant Guidelines.
