The Opposite party No.2 has been allowed anticipatory bail by order, dated 14.11.2016, passed in A.B.P. No. 910 of 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with C. R. No. 1220 of 2015 of the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
It is evident from the materials on record that matrimonial discord is the apparent reason behind lodging of the case. Exercise of discretion by the Court below while granting anticipatory bail to Opposite party No.2 cannot be said to be erroneous. There is no merit in this application seeking cancellation

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
