The petitioners seek regular bail in Koilwar P.S. Case No. 71/2018, instituted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Mere suspicion has been raised against him in the written report. In the written report it is alleged that brother of informant was traceless. During search, the dead-body wrapped in Gamchha was recovered from a river. Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

No.68136 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 petitioners above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 71/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
