There is a dispute with regard to the petitioner's claim for honorarium for two periods. The claim is for honorarium in between 07.10.2013 to 05.12.2013. In this period petitioner claims to have worked as 'Assistant Settlement Officer' at Purnia. The second claim for honorarium is for his claimed service as 'Assistant Settlement Officer' at Siwan from 24.03.2014 to 25.06.2014.

The dispute raised in the counter affidavit,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19984 of 2014(3) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 filed by Respondent No. 5, is that he has not worked. The said dispute is raised in respect of the claim for the period claimed by the petitioner for Siwan (24.03.2013 to 25.06.2014). With respect to the other claim from Purnia, there is no counter affidavit by the Respondent-Authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in a position to show to the Authorities, with reference to certain documents, that he has discharged work for the period during which he is claiming the honorarium.

The petitioner is permitted to bring it to the notice of the Authorities, Respondents No. 4 and 5. If such claim is filed along with the documentary proof in support of his claim within three weeks, the Respondents No. 4 and 5 would be obliged to consider the same, and pay the dues found admissible, if any, within eight weeks.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty.
