No further direction is required to be passed in respect of them. So far as petitioners No 3 and 3 are concerned, they were directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks. It is submitted that as they are labourers and were not in term, they were not informed. Be that as it may, the period of four weeks fixed in the order dated 10.04.2015 passed in Cr Misc No 41561 of 2014 is extended by further four weeks from today.
