The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rupauli (Akbarpur) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Makhan Lal Mandal and Dilip Mandal assaulted Jaldhari Mandal with lathi and danda. Satyanarayan Mandal, Mandeshwar Mandal and Vinod Mandal assaulted Rajesh Mandal, the brother of the informant. Satyanarayan Mandal and Dilip Mandal assaulted Diwakar Mandal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioners, who are ladies and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16275 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 members of the house of the accused persons. They are alleged to have snatched ornaments. There is a counter version. It is further submitted that other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18617 of 2017. Considering the facts aforesaid and the facts that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioners and the petitioners are ladies, they above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Purnea in Rupauli (Akbarpur) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
