====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachment done by the private respondent No. 08 to 23 from the public land bearing Khata No. 367, Survey No. 618, Area 02 Kathas 14 Dhurs, Survey No. 619, Area 01-07-03 Dhurs, Survey No. 620, Area 11 Dhurs and Survey No. 619/2095, Area 0-04-01 Dhurs, Total Area 0114-09 Dhurs mentioned in Khatian as Shri Ram Janki Sham Das Chele Mahanth Raghunandan Das, Kaum Vairagi, Shakin Math, Mauza Jamapur, Pargana Pachlakh, P.S. Siwan at present Village Jamapur, P.S. Ziradei, District Siwan. The Respondent No. 8 to 23 have took possession of the aforesaid land by forged and fabricated documents and encroached the same land by constructing boundary wall and constructed the

(ii). To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to initiate a Jamabandi Cancellation Case for cancellation of forged and fabricated Jamabandi No. 277, 278 and 279 created in the name of Raghuvansh Pandey, Dinesh Pandey and Suresh Pandey who are ancestors of the Private Respondents."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
