Petitioner is accused in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 264 of 2012 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that the marriage was solemnized with mutual consent of the bridge and groom. No dowry was ever demanded and the death of the deceased was due to accidental fire. The case has been lodged by maternal uncle of the deceased and not by father, mother or brother of the deceased. There is no statement of mother, father or brother of the deceased with regard to demand of dowry. After seeing the fire mother-in-

The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 264 of 2012.
