This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.280 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304-B and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.37561 of 2023.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. There is direct allegation against him of killing his wife. Out of six witnesses, two witnesses have been examined. 5.

Considering the fact that the trial is in
