JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 491 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 452, 307, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the written report there is no any date of occurrence mentioned. There is general and omnibus allegation that petitioner along with other accused persons made firing but it did not hit anybody.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 14.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65653 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Town P.S.
