SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-03-2015 In compliance of the order of the writ Court dated 22.06.2010, Annexure-4 Bihar State Housing Board has passed order bearing Memo No. 1027 dated 13.02.2015 directing for payment of arrears of salary of the promoted post and in the light of the said order Cheque No. 192795 of Rs.75,470/- dated 16.02.2015 is being handed over to the counsel for the petitioner, who is requested to grant receipt in the margin of the order-sheet. In the light of the payment made, contempt petition is disposed of.
