The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(1) For Issuance of appropriate order/orders, writ/writs, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the grant of Rupees- 28,333/- with interest issued to the Petitioner by Government of Bihar, Patna for boring under Bihar Satabadi Niji Nalkup Yojna to the farmers and same has not been provided to the Petitioner since 2018 to till today."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.5426 of 2023(15) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Block Development Officer, Ben, District-Nalanda at Biharsharif, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
