2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of dowry death of the deceased due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the daughter of the informant, he is aged about 61 years, he has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband and he is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 23264 of 2024(3) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 in custody since 09.10.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dawath P.S.
