JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

On recovery of bolero vehicle along with mobile and other articles of the driver, the FIR was lodged against three unknown persons. During investigation, it transpired that robbed bolero vehicle was recovered from the premises of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure list does not reflect the signature of any family member of the petitioner and at the time of seizure, the petitioner was not present at his house.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33649 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 284 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
