2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the respondents are sitting tight over the matter of removal of encroachment.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that encroachment is made by the anti social elements on public land and despite complaint made by the petitioner, the respondent authorities are reluctant in taking steps for removal of encroachment.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.9076 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 application before the Circle Officer, Khanpur, Samastipur, who shall register a regular case under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act for removal of encroachment and after hearing the alleged encroachers he shall pass appropriate order for removal of encroachment at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing such application along with a copy of this order.
