This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 324, 326 and 3007/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to first information report the petitioner and co-accused, Azad Ansari, took the brother of the informant on a motorcycle to a lonely place and this petitioner caught hands of Amir Ansari and co-accused, Azad Ansari assaulted with chhura causing injury at the neck of Amir Ansari. The doctor has found sharp cut wound horizontally in front of the neck of the injured. The victim has supported the aforesaid allegation. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2016. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and the nature of the allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, or successor Court.
