Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in a
Patna High Court CWJC No.5622 of 2020(8) dt.16-06-2021 2/2 writ application filed by the petitioner bearing CWJC No.22922 of 2018 by which the cancellation of allotment of the land in favour of the petitioner has been set aside, the present writ application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application. Learned counsel for the BIADA as well as State have no objection.
Permission is granted.
