2. The present petition is for the restoration of MJC No. 253 of 2021 (Arising out of CWJC No. 1552 of 1998) which stood dismissed for default vide an peremptory order dated 28.08.2023.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 3 to 5

Patna High Court MJC No.977 of 2024(2) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 of the petition, the MJC No. 977 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, CWJC No. 1552 of 1998 is restored to its original file.
