2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Petitioner No. 1 apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted brother of the informant with iron rod on account of which he sustained two injuries out of which one injury is grievous in nature.

5. Considering the grievous nature of injury, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner No. 1 is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
