1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 04.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 11950 of 2024 on the ground that petitioner could not surrender within the time stipulated in the order dated 04.03.2024, the Court is taking a consistent view not to extend the time of surrendering in the event if the accused has not surrendered within the time stipulated. The court find no merit in the modification application.
