Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner nos. 3 and 4 apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21182 of 2022(2) dt.26-09-2022 2/3 Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is allegation of assault against the accused persons, including the petitioners, causing injury to the informant, it is next alleged that C.T. scan also goes to show that there is a fracture in parietal bone and nasal bone of injured Munni Devi. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the F.I.R. it would manifest that as far as these petitioners are concerned, the allegations against them are general and omnibus in nature when specific allegation of assault is against Mohit Kumar, it is also submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case as they are parents of Prince Kumar and Mohit Kumar. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner nos. 3 and 4, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
