2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in C.R. (C) (O) Case No. 03 of 2023 registered under Section 18© and 27(b)(ii) of Drug & Costemic Act.
3. According to allegation, the petitioner runs a medical shop without licence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, he is a compounder and the drugs which are said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner, were not found spurious or adulterated.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

No.26437 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Madhubani in connection with C.R. (C)(O) Case No. 03 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
