Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 read with Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Informant who is the father of the victim girl has alleged that when his daughter had gone to her coaching class, petitioner called her in his office and touch her waist and stomach.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been

Nothing has been found in CCTV camera which has been installed in the coaching center. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 08.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018.
