The following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application : 1(I) For direction upon the respondents for fixation and payment of pension, payment of provident fund amount, payment of gratuity amount, payment of leave salary, payment of group insurance amount and other Post Retiral Termination Dues with interest on delayed payment.

On behalf of the petitioner and counsel for the respondents, it has been submitted that necessary steps have already been taken for redressal of grievance of the petitioner. In case if any of the grievances yet to be redressed by the respondents, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation before the competent authority, who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. It is further pointed out that after passing of the final order, the respondents shall be under obligation to make payment of admitted dues of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of disposal of representation.
