2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 392, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of robbery. Four miscreants came on a swift car and overtook the informant's pickup van. On pistol point, they snatched his vehicle's key and tried to take the informant along with them but informant raised alarm. Accused persons fled away with his pick-up van and also snatched his mobile.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case. His name came in confessional statement of co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20814 of 2023(4) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 Monu Kumar. No TIP has been conducted as yet. Save and except confessional statement, nothing has come against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The stolen vehicle was also recovered at some distance beside the road. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 28.07.2022.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 399 of 2022.
