JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Goraul P.S. Case No. 324 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report there is allegation against the petitioner of giving Hasua blow on the head of brother of the informant namely, Judagi Rai, on account of which, he has sustained bleeding injury. It is further alleged that petitioner took Rs.35,000/- from the drawer of the shop of the informant. The injury report of Judagi Rai has been enclosed as Annexure-2 series wherein the Doctor has found one injury on scalp measuring 3" x 4" x 1⁄4" caused by hard and blunt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66287 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 substance. The injury has been opined to be simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 324 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
