The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 11(5) of the Fertilizers (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) Control Order 1985 and 7(i)(a)(ii) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955. As per the prosecution case, 43 bags of IFCO Urea, 10 bags of Kisan Urea, 04 bags of wheat JP Chand Mark and 03 bags of organic Bhutarni were recovered from a house and it is alleged that the said was used by this petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
