Patna High Court CWJC No.980 of 1999 (8) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 and even today. Counsel for the State is present. Having heard learned counsel for the State and going through the writ petition, I am of the view that the writ petitioner may challenge the impugned order afresh, if so advised.

The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
