Petitioner, who has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 17.09.2016, on account of recovery of 570 bottles of foreign wine each containing 750 ml for which, he had identified Chhote Singh to be its owner.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Amar Kumar Singh @ Bittu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P. S. Case no.279 of 2016.
