For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari setting aside the Appellate Order dated 18.9.2021 passed by Deputy General Managercum-Appellate Authority (Respondent No.2) whereby appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of punishment dated 31.3.2020 passed

B. For setting aside the speaking order dated 31.3.2020 contained in Memo No.RB0/SSM/01 issued by the Regional Manager-cum-Disciplinary Authority (Respondent No.3) by which punishment of "Dismissal without notice" has been inflicted on the petitioner in terms of paragraph no.6(a) of the Memorandum of Settlement of disciplinary action for workman dated 10.4.2002.

C. For direction to the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner and to pay all consequential benefits including salary with suitable interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the Ld. Labour Court/Labour Tribunal having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
