JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 311 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of recovery of 65 of litres of liquor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 19.09.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65361 of 2018(2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Nawada, in connection with G.O. Case No. 311 of 2018.
