Heard Mr. Ansul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Singh, learned AAG-13 for the State. A counter affidavit is said to have been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the same is not available on the record.
Mr. Ansul, learned counsel for the petitioner has at the outset submitted that in view of the present policy decision of the Government and with the beginning of Unlock 1.0, now
Patna High Court CWJC No.5632 of 2020(3) dt.02-06-2020 2/3 the quarantine centres are going to be closed from 15th June, 2020, therefore this writ application has lost its significance at this stage.
Learned counsel has shown concern that after the quarantine centre is closed, the District Administration should while handing over the possession of the hotel premises to the petitioner must sanitise the premises and ensure delivery of all articles and equipment kept therein in a proper condition. Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Singh, learned AAG-13 submits that the concern of the petitioner may be addressed by the District Magistrate, Munger by taking into consideration the protocols which may be required to be followed while closing the quarantine centres and the petitioner if so advised may represent to the District Magistrate, Munger in this regard.
