The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 224, 225, 302, 307, 323, 353, 333 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 18/20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

It appears that having similar allegation, other coaccused persons have been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide Criminal Misc. Nos. 18404 of 2016, 23503 of 2016, 28846 of 2016 and other Criminal Misc. applications.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is also directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53226 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015, G.R. No. 6719 of 2015.
