Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
This present Cr. Misc. Application seeks regular bail in connection with Kachhawa P.S. Case No.76 of 2021 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application had been earlier rejected vide order dated 01.12.2022 in Cr. Misc. 38339 of 2022. In the said case, liberty was granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge in this case. Counsel submits that charge has been framed in this case and 3 months have already been lapsed.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Kachhawa P.S. Case No.76 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
