JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/379 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fired causing fire arms injury on the jaw of the informant. Considering the fact that the petitioner caused fire arms injury to the informant, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
