Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Jhajha P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has stated that petitioner along with other co-accused were apprehended on suspicion as they tried to flee away on seeing police and on search being made mobile phone was recovered from their possession It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has no concern with co-

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. (Rail), Kiul in connection with Jhajha G.R.P. Case No. 113 of 2018.
