The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.147 of 2014 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 138 of the N.I. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, where the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 settled their dispute in terms of the memorandum of agreement signed by the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, which is the part of the report dated 06.11.2017 of the Mediator, Patna High
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21989 of 2017 (4) dt.10-11-2017 2/2 Court Mediation Centre, Patna.
Since the dispute has already been settled in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-4, Darbhanga, in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.147 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
