JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 13-05-2022 The matter has been heard via video conferencing. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been made payments of the security money deposited by him for the different periods as also commission money has not been paid to him. The petitioner was given the franchise to collect electric bills from the consumers of the locality belonging to the jurisdiction allotted to the petitioner.

We propose that in case the petitioner files a

Patna High Court CWJC No.5902 of 2022(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 representation before the respondent no. 2, he shall decide the same at the earliest, in any case, not later than three weeks. If any amount is found due to the petitioner, the same shall be released forthwith. The petitioner is agreeable to this proposal. We, thus, order accordingly.

Needful be done in the aforesaid terms.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
