Learned GP-10 has submitted that the order impugned has already been complied with as is evident from the show-cause having been filed at the end of O.P. No.6 as well as remaining OPs separately as well as independently. Furthermore, absence of petitioner suggests that the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed. However, keeping the interest of petitioner immune, if any, the matter could be dropped. Under the aforesaid terms, the instant petition is dropped.
