Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No 840 of 2016 dated 31.10.2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

It is submitted that specific allegation of firing on deceased is against co-accused Shashi Bhushan. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
