Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other persons is of snatching of motorcycle, Laptop and Cash of Rs. 10,000/- from the informant when he went to his house. It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The date of occurrence is 20.07.2018 but the F.I.R. was lodged on 06.08.2018 after delay of 17 days. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64996 of 2018(2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018.
