Patna High Court CWJC No.8392 of 2011 (3) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 that during pendency of the writ petition, the grievance relating to absorption has been redressed. So far as arrear of salary is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition, so that the petitioner may approach the authority concerned.

The prayer is allowed.
