Prior to initiation of argument on behalf of the petitioners, counsel for State submits that the supplementary counter affidavit has been filed dated 06.01.2022 and it is categorically indicated in Paragraph 7 that it was obligatory on the part of the answering respondent to follow the resolution, therefore, the answering respondents cancelled the whole process of appointment and the same was communicated to the Director, Information And Public Grievances Department, Bihar, Patna vide letter no. 3130 dated 18.10.2022 for the purpose making advertisement and the same was published on 22.10.2021 in daily newspaper i.e. in Hindustan Times

3. In the light of the submissions made by counsel for

5/5 the State, it transpires to this Court that the present writ petition become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
