Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 13.01.2020, seeks regular bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 470 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 414 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 20.12.2019, informant had gone to collect money from the loanees. Two miscreants on pulsar motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR09M-7138, near Dandari Railway crossing, snatched her bag and other articles. The miscreants also fired. The informant has

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on mere suspicion, the petitioner has been remanded in the present case on 13.01.2020 and on the basis of his confessional statement in police custody he has been made accused in the present case. Petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. till date and he is in custody since 13.01.2020. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25056 of 2020 however, till date even charge has not been framed.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined the enlarge the petitioner on bail. The Court below is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of six months.
Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, is directed to produce all the prosecution witnesses on the date fixed by the trial Court without fail.
If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of the trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail

The same shall be considered in accordance with law. A copy of this order may be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai.
