Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.08.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15439 of 2021 (Annexure 7 to the supplementary affidavit).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that till date only four witnesses have been examined and trial has not concluded as yet in spite of direction of this Court, vide order dated 16.08.2021, to conclude the trial within nine months from the date of receipt/production of copy of order. Petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2018.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of
